• Update or reschedule calendar events requested by the user

Greetzy AI requests only the Google Calendar permissions necessary to provide these functions.

How Google User Data Is Used

Google Calendar data is used solely to provide the appointment-scheduling features requested by the user.

Google Calendar data is not used for advertising, retargeting, marketing profiles, creditworthiness decisions, or unrelated purposes.

Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data

Greetzy AI does not sell Google user data.

Greetzy AI does not share or transfer Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or unrelated third parties.

Google Calendar data may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of Greetzy AI only when necessary to provide the user-requested appointment-scheduling functionality, operate and secure the service, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with applicable law.

For appointment-related AI processing, Greetzy AI uses Google's paid Gemini API. Google Calendar information may be provided to Google's Gemini API only when necessary to understand the user's appointment request and perform the specific scheduling action requested by the user.

Other infrastructure or service providers may process Google user data only when technically necessary to host, operate, secure, or provide the Greetzy AI service. Such providers are not permitted to use Google user data for their own independent purposes.

Greetzy AI does not disclose Google user data except:

AI/ML Use of Google Workspace API Data

Greetzy AI does not use raw, aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or derived Google Workspace API data to create, train, test, develop, or improve generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Greetzy AI does not permit Google Workspace API data to be used by AI/ML service providers to train, develop, or improve generalized or foundational AI/ML models.

Google Workspace API data is processed only to complete the specific appointment-scheduling functionality requested by the user.

Google API Services Limited Use Compliance

Greetzy AI's use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Calendar Connection and Data Deletion

OAuth credentials and related Google Calendar integration information are retained only while the user's Google Calendar connection remains active or for as long as necessary to provide the requested service.

Users may disconnect their Google Calendar integration or delete their Greetzy AI account. Following disconnection or account deletion, associated OAuth credentials are revoked or deleted and retained Google Calendar integration data is deleted in accordance with our deletion procedures and applicable legal obligations.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
